This month we had the pleasure of joining the Black Country Cancer Services conference hosted by the Black Country ICB in Wolverhampton. It was a packed day with great updates on the new strategy from Macmillan, the new West Midlands Cancer Academy, the great work being done addressing health inequalities in the region and the success of the community connectors project.
It was also a fantastic opporrtunity for us to catch up with the teams who helped produce the Sandwell, Wolverhampton and Walsall versions of the MySunrise app and hear how the app is being used by patients and clinicians in the West Midlands.
TheSunrise Team were able to give a short update on our progress in the West Midlands, with 3 Trusts now live across the Black Country. We were able to share our progress rolling out digital pre-assessment checklists across the region and our future plans to increase accessibility of MySunrise content for patients on web and in multiple languages.
